These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player," "User," "you," or "your") and solo33 (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, registering an account on, or using the solo33 website at https://solo33.cam (the "Site") and any associated services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Site and any solo33 services. Continued use of the Site following the posting of changes to this Agreement will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
solo33 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revisions were made.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
To be eligible to register an Account and use solo33 services, you must meet all of the following criteria:
solo33 reserves the right to request documentation proving your identity, age, and place of residence at any time during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process or thereafter. Acceptable forms of identification include Indonesian national identity cards (KTP), passports, driver's licenses, and utility bills showing your residential address.
Important: Underage gambling is a criminal offense. solo33 employs industry-standard age verification tools and will immediately close any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age. All deposits made by underage users will be forfeited, and no withdrawals will be processed.
To create an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, residential address, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah). You must not use a false identity, impersonate another person, or provide misleading information.
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. Creating multiple Accounts, whether using the same or different personal information, is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all duplicate Accounts and forfeiture of any funds or winnings held in those Accounts. solo33 employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for all Bets placed and actions taken.
If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorization, you must immediately notify solo33 customer support via email at [email protected] or through the live chat function. solo33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security.
solo33 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for enhanced security. This optional feature is available in your Account settings.
solo33 is required by law and industry regulations to verify the identity of all Players. Upon registration or at any subsequent time, we may request that you submit copies of identification documents, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Verification documents must be clear, legible, and current.
Your Account may be restricted or suspended until satisfactory verification documents are provided. Withdrawals cannot be processed from unverified Accounts. Refusal to provide requested documents, or provision of fraudulent or altered documents, will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
Players may deposit funds into their Account using the payment methods available on the Site, including bank transfers via BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon, as well as e-wallet services such as OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet deposits. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on payment method and Account verification status. Deposits are typically credited to your Account instantly, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
solo33 does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors.
All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. solo33 reserves the right to reverse any deposits made from accounts not belonging to the Player and to suspend or close Accounts involved in suspected money laundering or fraudulent activity.
Players may request withdrawals of their Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
solo33 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may deduct fees from the transferred amount. solo33 reserves the right to impose a withdrawal fee if a Player repeatedly deposits and withdraws funds without placing any Bets, as this behavior may indicate money laundering activity.
In cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms, solo33 reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests and to conduct additional investigation before releasing funds.
solo33 may offer various Bonuses, promotions, and rewards to Players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and free spins. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.
Bonus terms are displayed in the promotion details at the time of opt-in and are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of any Bonus before accepting it. Failure to comply with Bonus terms will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived from it.
Wagering requirements specify the number of times Bonus funds must be wagered before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. For example, a Bonus with a 25x wagering requirement means that if you receive a Rp 500,000 Bonus, you must wager a total of Rp 12,500,000 (500,000 × 25) before the Bonus funds and any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
Not all Games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute at reduced rates (e.g., 10% or 20%). Some Games may be excluded entirely from Bonus wagering.
solo33 reserves the right to void Bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts if we detect any form of Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, irregular betting patterns designed to exploit Bonus terms, or collusion with other Players. All Bonus decisions made by solo33 are final and binding.
All Bets are subject to the specific rules of the Game on which the Bet is placed. Game rules are available in the information section of each Game or upon request from customer support. By placing a Bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
Once a Bet is confirmed and accepted by solo33, it cannot be canceled, amended, or reversed except in cases of obvious error (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction). solo33 reserves the right to void any Bet if we determine it was placed as a result of an error, technical glitch, or unfair advantage.
In the event of a dispute regarding a Bet or Game outcome, solo33's decision is final and binding. Any formal disputes must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the event in question.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:
solo33 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and works closely with Game providers to identify irregular activity. Any winnings obtained through fraudulent means will be voided, and the Player's Account will be permanently closed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, solo33 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if solo33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
solo33 is not responsible for any losses resulting from server downtime, technical malfunctions, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment processor failures. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.
In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, solo33's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
solo33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help Players stay in control of their gambling, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, and self-assessment questionnaires.
If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request self-exclusion by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods can be set for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your Account or place Bets.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site without prior written consent from solo33.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which solo33 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of solo33 services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body specified in our license jurisdiction.
By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against solo33.
solo33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or suspected money laundering. Upon termination, you will forfeit any Bonus funds and associated winnings. Your withdrawable balance, if any, will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.
